Return & Refund Policy

Our return and refund policy is valid for 5 days from the date of your purchase. If this period has elapsed, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide a refund or exchange.

For a return to be accepted, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging. Items with torn stickers and broken seals will not be accepted.

Please note that opened Sleep Apnea Masks are not eligible for return due to hygiene considerations. Ensure you order the correct size.

Certain goods are exempt from being returned. These include perishable goods, intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.

Other non-returnable items include:

- Gift cards

- Downloadable software products

- Certain health and personal care items

To process your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, such as:

- Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

- Any item returned more than 5 days after delivery


Upon receipt and inspection of your return, we will send an email to confirm that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company and bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at

Sale Items

Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. Only regular priced items may be refunded.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.


To return your product, mail it to: CareOne Medimart A-4/1, Sector 18, Rohini, Delhi - 110089, INDIA. You will be responsible for your own shipping costs for returning your item. These costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund if applicable.

For heavy items like Hospital Furniture, the shipping cost to and fro will be deducted if the shipment is returned.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on your location.

If you are shipping an item over Rs. 1000, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
